I should also take the opportunity to mention the great efforts of some of our runners in recent weeks. Kelly, Paul and Dave Madden all took on the Canberra Marathon - and won - and Dave Vlotman and Keith once again proved they are Ironmen in Port Macquarie. Well done to you all!
